Service engagements: name, address, telephone, email, wallet descriptions, photographs, and payment records.

We do not collect sensitive categories of data beyond what you voluntarily provide about your collection.

Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interest in operating our business, and consent where required (e.g., cookies).

5. Retention

  • Contact form data: 24 months after last correspondence
  • Client project files: 7 years after service completion (Korean commercial record requirements)
  • Ledger photographs: retained only for the duration of production; physical prints are delivered to you; we do not maintain a permanent image archive unless you request extended storage in writing

6. Your Rights

Under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of Korea, you may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data. Contact us at contact@system-maplepath.click. We will respond within 10 business days.

7. International Transfers

Our primary operations are in Korea. If we correspond with overseas auction houses on your behalf for provenance research, relevant data may be transmitted to those institutions with your prior consent.

8. Security

We store client records in locked filing cabinets at our Jeonju office. Digital scans are delivered on encrypted USB drives and not retained on networked servers by default.

9. Children

Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.
