Private Collection Catalog

Who This Is For

Collectors with five or more rare wallets — particularly Hermès, Goyard, Bottega Veneta, and vintage European makers — who want a single authoritative record that does not depend on cloud storage, phone apps, or proprietary databases.

What You Receive

  • A cloth-bound ledger with numbered pages, indexed by maker and acquisition year
  • Printed photographs (10×15 cm) glued and cross-referenced to ledger entries
  • Hand-drawn stitching and hardware diagrams for each piece
  • A summary sheet listing estimated replacement values (informational only; see our Not Financial Advice page)
  • One duplicate index card set stored in a separate archival box

Process

  1. Initial call — We discuss collection size, makers represented, and whether you prefer office or home visit.
  2. Preparation — You gather wallets with any receipts, authentication cards, or prior appraisals. We send a leather-handling checklist.
  3. Catalog day — Min-jae Yoon or Soo-ah Kim photographs each piece under controlled light, measures dimensions, notes hardware stamps, and draws condition sketches.
  4. Binding — Within five business days, the ledger is bound and delivered by courier or collected in person.

Included

  • Up to 20 wallets per session

  • Digital scan of the completed ledger (delivered on USB, not stored on our servers)

Not Included

  • Authentication or purchase of wallets
