Terms governing use of the System Maple Path website and cataloging services for rare wallet inventory records.
1. Acceptance
By accessing system-maplepath.click or engaging System Maple Path Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) for cataloging services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Services
We provide offline inventory cataloging, condition reporting, provenance documentation, and ledger rebinding for rare wallet collectors. Service descriptions on this website are summaries; final scope is confirmed in writing before your session.
3. Intellectual Property
Website content, ledger templates, condition sketch formats, and photography produced during sessions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients receive the physical ledger and agreed copies; we retain the right to use anonymised methodology descriptions in educational materials.
4. Client Responsibilities
You warrant that wallets presented for cataloging are lawfully owned. You must disclose known repairs, refinishing, or missing components before the session. You are responsible for transporting wallets safely to and from our office.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our services are documentary. We do not authenticate wallets, guarantee market values, or insure your collection. To the fullest extent permitted by Korean law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fee paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify System Maple Path Co., Ltd. against claims arising from your misrepresentation of ownership, provenance, or condition of items submitted for cataloging.
7. Website Use
You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute website content for commercial purposes without written permission. You may not use this website in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers.
8. Third-Party Links
This website may link to external resources such as the Microsoft Store. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jeonju, North Jeolla Province.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
